Demonstrations
I offer voluntary demonstrations and workshops on handmade Pugliese pasta — orecchiette, cavatelli, strascinati, troccoli and other traditional forms — in private homes, at community events, and in cultural settings across London. There is no charge. Spigadolce is not a business; it is an act of love for a tradition I do not want to see disappear.

A Taste of Puglia
A day entirely dedicated to the flavours of Puglia. I will be giving live orecchiette-making demonstrations throughout the afternoon — come and try your hand at shaping the little ears of durum wheat that generations of Apulian women have made on wooden boards since time immemorial.
Pugliesi nel Mondo UK
I am an active volunteer member of Pugliesi nel Mondo UK, a non-profit association dedicated to preserving and promoting the cultural heritage of Apulia within the United Kingdom. The association creates a bridge between Puglia and Britain — through cultural events, community gatherings, and the shared love of a region, its traditions, and its people.
